“Eat healthy and you will live a healthy life” is an oft heard remark. Eating healthy would not only mean eating the right kinds of food but also regulating the quantity of food that we eat. When you are able to see the benefits of healthy eating,
then you wouldn’t want to change the way you eat. This however requires
patience and a lot of perseverance. Clothes look good on you, and your self esteem soars to
a higher level. A plateful of pakodas and chips will no doubt
satiate you, but this feeling of satisfaction is temporary. Look at the
spare tire around your stomach and you are filled with a feeling of
disgust. A healthy diet affects your mood also. If you eat healthy, you will never feel sluggish or lethargic and the brain functions at its best. Healthy eating goes a long way in warding off diet related diseases. Once you are on the wrong side of 40, illness seems to
dog your footsteps. Cholesterol is a factor we have to deal with.
