you active all day long. It is very effective for weight loss. One hour
of brisk walking at 5 miles per hour, actually burns 500 calories.
Walking combined with proper diet will show you the results of your
weight loss in a week itself.
While walking, use the right kind of shoes that facilitate the process.
It is advisable to stretch your body before and after the walk. Relax
when you walk and breathe correctly; neither slow nor fast. Walk
straight and do not crouch. Do not stress too much by overdoing
