Reliance mobile

  Reliance Communications was formerly known as Reliance Infocomm and commenced its operation on 28 December 2002. It has a high-capacity, convergent (voice, data and video) and integrated (both wireless and wireline) digital network. It offers various applications for individuals and consulting. Reliance Communications belongs to Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (ADAG). Over the years it has established a pan-India presence and boasts of over 55 million customers. Reliance communication operates in both mobile and fixed line telephony. It began its operations in CDMA division but since January 12 2008, Reliance mobile has also started offering GSM operations.

Reliance mobile offers several value added services like voice mail service, call waiting, call hold, call divert, 3 way call conferencing, CLIP (Caller Line Identification Presentation), CLIR (Call Line Identification Restriction), Itemized Billing, caller tunes, value roaming, voice mail, games, astrology, handset tracker etc. Reliance mobile also offers several handsets in collaborations with handset manufacturers like Nokia, LG, Kyocera, Samsung etc. Price of these handsets range from low end to high end, offering multiple choices to customers as per their affordability and convenience factor.

Like other telecom service providers, Reliance mobile offers Global calling cards and STD calling card. Call rates on global call cards are quite affordable and come in different nominations, thus offering range of choices to customers. Prepaid Reliance STD calling card is very suitable for local and national long distance calls and can be used from any reliance phone including fixed, wireless and mobile.

Reliance offers several attractive packages in prepaid and postpaid segments. Subscribers can choose their desired plans depending upon their usage. Major postpaid plans are; unlimited 399, unlimited 499, unlimited 450, joy 149, joy 249, FTT 99, FTT 299 etc. Reliance GSM service is operational in selected circles of Kolkata, Bihar and Jharkhand, West Bengal, Assam, North East, Orissa, Himachal Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh.
