popular in different parts of the world. Actually, Jakob and Wilhem
Grimm were two German academics who are also credited with preserving
numerous centuries old fairy tales. Their passion for fairy tales was
reflected through publication of ages old fairy tales in their own
versions. These stories were published in the 1880s and most of the
fairy stories known by us are Grimm versions only.
