Wholesale sources
This refer to the source or medium from whom we get goods in wholesale that
in turn one sell it at a retail price fetching a healthy profit in the
deal. It would be very difficult to trace these wholesale sources because there is
nobody to guide you about it. The reason being cut throat competition. No
wholesaler would like to reveal the details from where he gets his goods on
wholesale. So if one wants to know these wholesale sources, he has to become
a one-man army and venture out on his own to get hold of these wholesale
sources.
Locating wholesale sources is sometimes also called ' sourcing the product'. Sometimes, even if you do get hold of a wholesale seller, do not be under the impression that you have got the business easily. That is because many wholesale sources sell their wholesale goods to people of their own community. No wonder why in Mumbai, India, one can fin a majority of Gujrati, Muslim and Kerala community people in the same business.
But if one is seriously interested into this business, he has to shell out some extra bucks initially because money does not believe in religion or creed. Once contacts are developed with these wholesale sources, there is no looking back. With good quality supply, and the ability to interact with customers effectively, this wholesale business can travel miles.
With technology advancement, the world has become a smaller place. Trade is conducted internationally. Traders now source goods from outside their country if they get it cheaper outside. For eg in India, most of the electronics goods like ICs, cords, microphones, headphones are being sourced from China.
