Pineapple Chutney Recipe

 





 


Ingredients :
 

Crushed pineapple  1 Cup.
Oil                1 Tsp. 
Cinnamon stick     1 No.
Whole cloves       3 Nos.
Sugar              2 Tbsp. 
Salt               1/2 Tsp.
 
Method : 

In a pan heat oil.Add,cinnamon,cloves & let it swell.
Add pineapple,salt, sugar. Let it cook for 5-6 minutes. 
Cool it before storing.
