Penne Pasta with Pearl Onions & Cream Sauce Recipe

Ingredients : 

Pearl Onions         1 Bag or 25 Nos.

Cream/Half & Half    1 Cup

Chopped Tomatoes     1 16 oz.Can 

Salt & Pepper        Acc to Taste.

Oil                  1 Tbsp.

Penne Pasta          1 Package.

Cheese & Parseley    for Garnish.

Method :

Cook the Pasta according to Package direction & drain.
Heat oil in a Pan & saute the Onions till translucent.
Add Tomatoes,Salt & Pepper.Cook to reduce liquid.
Add cream ,simmer for 2 minutes.
Mix in the cooked Pasta & serve Garnished
