Ingredients :
Carrot 3 Nos Washed & Grated
Green chilies 2 Nos Chopped
Lime juice 2 spoons
Salt Acc to taste
Hing 1 tsp
Coriander leaves For Garnish
Seasoning :
Ghee 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds 1tsp
Method :
Mix all the Ingredients together & do the Seasoning .
Serve as is or chilled.
