Ingredients :
Yoghurt 2 cups
Carrot 3 nos ,Peeled & grated
Chilliis green 1 no chopped finely
Tomato 1 no chopped
cilantro 1/4 cup
salt acc to taste
mustard seeds 1 tsp
oil for seasoning
Method :
Wash , peel & grate the Carrots. Wash & fine Chop Cilantro.
In a serving bowl mix the yoghurt,Carrots,chillies,tomato
with salt.
DO the mustard seasoning & refrigerate.Garnish with
cilantro.
Serve chilled with any Breads
or Rice dishes
