Ingredients :
Okra 10 Nos cut into small rounds.
Plain Youghurt 1 Cup
Salt TO taste.
Seasoning :
Oil 1 Tsp
Paprika 1 Tsp or To Taste.
Mustard seeds 1 tsp (optional).
Method :
Wash & cut the Okra. Beat Yoghurt thick ,Add salt.
Heat a pan with oil , add mustard seeds & Okra.
Cover & let cook a couple of minutes.
Add Paprika & stir. Cool.
Add to Yoghurt , Chill & serve .
Okra is also reffered as lady's finger in English
& Bhindi in Hindhi
