Ingredients :
Cantaloupe 1 No.
Chives 1 Tsp.
Dressing :
Olive Oil 2 Tsp.
Salt & Pepper To Taste.
White Wine Vinegar 2 Tsp.
Method :
Peel & Cut the cantaloupe into Cubes.
Use a Melon Baller & cut balls of the fruit.
Mix in the the Dressing. Snip Chives on top.
Serve with French Bread with a spreading of Cheese.
My Personal Favourite is French Bread with Goat
Cheese on top.
