One of the first things that we do in the morning is enter the bathroom to have a lovely bath and with that we also come across Bath accessories like taps, showers, sprinkler, soaps, washbasin etc… These accessories are an inseparable part of one’s bathroom. A bathroom is incomplete without all these accessories. In Indian beliefs, if a particular day goes good for an individual, the think that it’s because of the first thing/person that saw in the morning and that person/thing is lucky for them. Not just in India, but in western countries also many people are superstitious about the things they see and how it affects their daily life. One of the first things that any individual sees in the morning is his bathroom and his accessories. People want the things around them to be attractive, pleasant looking etc… and this concept has been well understood by companies producing bath accessories. Companies have understood the fact that Bath accessories need to be attractive enough to make a customer’s life attractive and colourful. Traditionally, companies manufactured Bath accessories having an ordinary look and a universal common design. But today the customer wants something different and unique. Of late, companies have been hiring designers, engineers and an Always Alert type of research and development team. With more and more companies venturing into this field, the existing companies have rolled their sleeves to maintain their position in the market and retain their customers. Companies like Jaguar are spending huge amounts on advertising for it’s attractive and dynamic range of Bath accessories. Huge trade fairs are held by these companies to exhibit and make the customer aware of the wide range of these bath accessories. Bathing soap is also one of the important members of the Bath accessories family. Many soap companies are trying to expand their local domestic market share and at the same time venturing into the international market scene. The traditional concept of Bath accessories seems to have gone on a long drive with no chances of return. People consider the smallest of detail to make their homes beautiful and Bath accessories at the moment seem to be first on the list. bath accessories ~ editor R. Almedia~ copyright indianchild.com
