Italian chandelier

Italy is a country known for its pastas, pizzas, Leaning Tower of Pisa, garlic wall pieces, romantic history and artistic interiors. Keeping this in mind, even if you are Indian, living in India and visiting Italy, it is difficult for you not to purchase a grand Italian Chandelier. And if you are not visiting the country, you can purchase one from one of the light stores back home.

Though the origin of the Italian Chandelier is from Italy, its designs are duplicated and manufactured across the globe. Most Indian Christians and Parsis adorn their homes with these chandeliers. Along with this they would have paintings that depict a grandiose or something that represents Christianity.

Italian Chandeliers are usually crafted out of wood, or it is made of crystals or then crafted from Iron. The bulbs fit into these chandeliers are usually candle shaped, emitting a white light. Though some people may prefer a yellow light.

Though this type of chandelier has a western look, yet, Indian furniture and upholstery patterns and designs do fit in well.

The size of the chandelier maybe something large enough to light up the lobby of a huge five star hotel, where multiple bulbs would be required or then it maybe small enough to light up the drawing room where a maximum of four bulbs is required. The price of a chandelier depends on the quality and size you select.  ~ author Karishma Bajaj
