Decorate with what you already have including favors, cakes, foods, & prizes. These all can be used for the decor of the shower. Use bows, baskets, baby ornaments in plants, or tie colorful bows around the pots. Tuck silk ivy around food containers to make the food table look elegant.

Theme parties are very easier to decorate. you can use cartoon character stickers,  plates, and napkins. Think of the unexpected. String a clothes line and hang baby clothes and blankets on it. Make a garland out of cute baby ornaments sold at party supply stores, and lay it along a table. For a sugar and spice shower, have glass canisters of spices and sugars set around in clusters. For a little boy shower, set small bats, gloves, balls, and hats around.
