Parents are really excited to celebrate
the 1st birthday party (one year olds) of their little one. This party
is not exactly for the child but for the parents and the near and dear
ones to celebrate the completion of one year of the child! Usually the
1st birthday party is a short one to two hour party where all the
members of the family come together and enjoy.
You can also invite your friends who
can come along with their little ones. Parents need to plan this party
according to the time when the baby is going to be awake. The best time
is to plan it after your baby completes his/her naptime so that invited
guests can play with the little one for a while.
Most 1st birthday parties are usually planned at home so that the baby
is comfortable. If you do not want to plan a party at home, choose an
environment that is homely where your baby can be in good spirits for a
few hours. What is most important for parents to plan on this day is
clicking pictures and shooting videos.
You surely want your baby to grow up
and see how you had celebrated his or her first birthday. Apart from
this, you can prepare a photo book where parents, friends and relatives
can write their messages for the little one and share experiences. You
can also click pictures and decorate this photo album. Alternatively,
you can maintain a photo blog as well!
Too much decoration is not required in this kind of a birthday party.
Keep it simple and sweet. It did rather be fun-filled and joyous. Apart
from the birthday cake, you can keep cookies, crackers and some cold
drinks for the guests. You may or may not have a theme to this party. If
you have some children coming over for this party then you may plan a
simple theme and decorate your home. Some of the simple themes that you
can choose while planning a birthday are rainbow themed party, teddy
bear theme or a simple fairy themed party. You can gift a photo frame
with your little ones picture on it to the family members or friends
that have been invited.
1st Birthday party is always a great memory to share for parents. Most
of us would love to see how our parents celebrated our first birthday,
what messages our grandparents wrote for us or how we looked as little
sweet one year olds.!
