hair styles for brides

Wedding hairstyles : The bridal hairstyle is another widely discussed issue. Most brides are confused about how to wear their hair – whether to leave it simple, or to go in for an elaborate effect. The key perhaps is to balance simplicity with a style that highlights your face.

A lot depends on the length of bride's hair of course. There is little you can do with very short hair, except wear a wig, which most women will not want to do. Many brides get an ‘updo’, which refers to a high crown of hair. This usually involves some backcombing, which may leave your hair tangled later.

Hair styles are always experimented by women of all ages. There are amazing colouring effects and serums do much to enhance volume. Some people have great pliable hair that easily moulds into desired shapes. A regime has to be followed about hair care if you are frequently using hair styling products. Bridal hairstyles are very special. Uniqueness is what differentiates a bridal hairstyle from the others. Growing your hair for the wedding is really not required as hair extensions or add-ons are simple to use. The blending has to be just right and there are semi permanent and clip on extensions to choose from.

Most brides prefer the updo hairstyles. With retro styles in, the look of the sixties does call for perfecting the eye make up to the same level. Bee hive hairstyles look good and they are a personal choice and much dependent on the type of wedding. Beach weddings are casual affairs and one could go for hair sprays that let hair ‘be’. Stick-ons are great accessories and come in a riot of colors. Be a flower maiden with a single flower in white or colorful ones on a one-side pin. Zig Zag parties for the sun and sand weddings are just right.

Formal hairstyles talk about élan. This also is a comfortability quotient and all seems easy with a little practice. Updo styles with tendrils over the shoulder and ears are the normal preference.

Use the correct earrings and give the perfect length to the neck by arranging the hairstyle. There are sleek styles worn in semi updo styles that leave the hair loose at the back. Curlers do a great job and there are many reliable ones in the market. Black hairstyles set off well with ivory off shoulder wedding dresses.

In case you are using a head piece, the transparent fabric will still show the great hairstyle. There are options in curls, perms, braids and wavy hair styles. It is perfectly fine to go for a short hairstyle and use a few hair sprinkles. Do something that would bring out your best feature. Arrive at a good hair color, get the ends more feminine and use gels that get you the waves.

For a wild-child look, you could try a soft perm with a few strands escaping to kiss the cheek. You also have to decide on whether or not to wear a tiara and whether it will be a tiny center-piece, or a prominent one which spans the head like a band. Or you could wear flowers in your hair, as was the original ancient practice.

The bride’s head is also going to be covered with a veil and the choice of this veil also affects the choice of hairstyle. A heavy veil will mean many more pins which are not too comfortable on the head. A light net veil will mean that a simple plait or bun may not be a wise choice. ~author Annie Zaidi.
