ESSAY WRITING CONTESTS ON THEME RELATED TOPICS.

 January to march 2004 - 3 contests shall be held entries of which need to be emailed to us on oasisecofun@yahoo.co.in

 Topic for January: India My Love. Write an essay on any freedom fighter and his contribution to the nation’s independence.

 Topic for February: Festivals of India. Choose any one festival and write an essay covering all aspects.

 Topic for March: Forests and Bio - Diversity of India. Choose any one forest and write an essay about its location, flora and fauna, unique characteristics and the threats it faces on account of human activity and natural disasters.

 Parameters for judgment: content relativity, originality, use of vocabulary, organization.

Winners will receive emails and names will also be put up on the site. Participants will receive certificates by post / courier. Essays should be sent by the end of each month.
