sugar free dessert recipes

 

There are several diabetic or sugar free recipes available. Most sugar-carb recipes simply use a sugar substitute, which contains aspartame.

One method is to use soya flour or a protein mixture and soya cream instead of refined flour and milk-cream.

You can use peanut butter, which is a healthier option. Use rice crispies instead of dry fruits. Use fruits in their natural form, which will bring sweetness and non-chemical flavour.

Use more oatmeal and less refined grains. Dark chocolate is preferable to milky ones. Do not use sweetened fruit preserves but fresh or frozen fruits. - author Annie zaidi
