In Trading, a sample is shown to the customer before bulk is processed for
the customer to check the stitch count, shape and size of the embroidery and
in general whether the product meets the specifications asked for. The rates
charged depend on the order size and whether it involves only text
embroidery or design as well, whether it is a stock design or a new design
has to be created.
Custom embroidery items are usually sold on a non returnable basis. The same
embroidery on more than one place on the shirt is charged extra and if its a
new design then a setup charge is added as well.
