The colour combination selected also depends on the shirt colour and the mood that is required. If it is personalized for a person or an occasion, it takes longer.

The shirt type to be embroidered usually depends on the occasion and the wearer’s work, if it is meant for office work. For example, salespeople of a denim company would wear a denim shirt with suitable embroidery.The embroiderers also give additional features to the shirts like knitted fashion collars, edge stitched plackets, and pockets etc.The shirts can be long sleeved or short sleeved.

In Trading, a sample is shown to the customer before bulk is processed for the customer to check the stitch count, shape and size of the embroidery and in general whether the product meets the specifications asked for. The rates charged depend on the order size and whether it involves only text embroidery or design as well, whether it is a stock design or a new design has to be created.

Custom embroidery items are usually sold on a non returnable basis. The same embroidery on more than one place on the shirt is charged extra and if its a new design then a setup charge is added as well.
