biker jackets

Biker jackets have always been popular with the sporty set.  They were also worn by those who loved riding their Harleys cross- country or on the dirt track where they could experience the raw power of man and machine.

However, over the years, Biker jackets have come into class by itself.  No longer are Biker jackets a niche segment, they have now become fashion statements of their own.

You could put this down to Hollywood stars and teenage music icons sporting biker jackets for a show or a night out.  Recently these biker jackets have been making an appearance in recent flicks, which has caught the imagination of the young, and the restless.

The biker jacket that has hit the high note is the copy of the style Brad Pitt sported in Fight Club.  Its a vintage style distressed biker jacket, which has full length zip fastening and zip sleeves.  Theres also the style Robbie Williams has been seen strutting around with  - a distressed jacket which features zip pockets and stitching details and comes with an internal phone pocket.

Biker jackets are mostly made of pure leather though some department stores do exhibit some very close look-alike versions.  The designs offered have contoured patterns and come with biswing backs to offer maximum comfort to the rider. There are also Biker jackets that come with adjustable waists either through side belts or lacing.
