The soft serene flame of the candle has ignited many a
romantic flares in ancient times. Romance has been
kindled with experiential elements like a candle that has the withstood
the test as an emblem of romance. To value-add to it, the latest
generation of candles is imbibed with sensuous fragrances to enhance the
romantic auras. Thus scented romantic candles are the rage today and
have taken the young couples by their imagination. Ask anyone the visual
meaning of a romantic night and the ‘auto response’ mode will be
‘flaming scented candles.’ Gifting a scented romantic candle is a suggestive message in itself -an intimate dinner or an erotic encounter -it’s a great way of ‘setting the stage’! The foremost advantage of a product like candles is the flexibility in its manufacturing process. Since candles are made of wax that is extremely malleable, they can be made in different beautiful color schemes, carved in any required shape and lately rendered a variety of scents. How does one add a scent to these candles? A few drops of a scented oil are well-mixed which, when burn, evaporate into a fragrance. Scented oils such as bayberry, cinnamon, rose, lavender, gardenia, orange, rosemary, jasmine etc. are used in the manufacturing of these candles.
