The blunt cut seemed to be in India for eternity with every second person opting for it. But like fashion, new hair styles creeped in waving off the old styles. No doubt you have a stark differentiation in hair styles from the 50s, 60s and so on.

In today’s world hairstyles are more swanky and extravagant. What’s new on the block is the out-of-the-bed look. Really cool and gives that youthful look. However it is very difficult to attain. It requires a few styling gels and the right direction.

Spiked hair was another craze that has taken the men’s hairstyle by storm. Suddenly everyone on the street was sporting this hairstyle. Coloring the tips of the spiked hair gave the new hair style the glamorous look.

The inverted blunt is the style that’s in and also the layered cut. Hair strands are brushed outwards instead of inwards to give the hair a more disheveled look. Also tousled hair is popular. Just like the out-of-the-bed look style for guys, the disheveled hair cut is in for ladies. Various lengths of hair are made visible. Moreover with styling gel and color shades the hair cut can take on a chic look.

The College Cut is another crop that is gaining momentum among guys in India. The length starts increasing after the crown of the head and goes on two or three inches below the eye level. Another inverse variation of this is the horseshoe haircut. High at the crown, it takes a circular cut below, just like that of a horse shoe. It looks great on straight hair.
Besides the above mentioned there is always a new hair style hitting the market. While some may be safe, some are quite an experiment.
