THE GIFT CARD
Handmade cards are easy & ideal for Birthdays and Holidays. By designing what appears to be the outside of a gift, you'll be making your own gift and card at the same time.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Construction paper
Wrapping paper
Ribbon
Scissors
Tape or glue
Instructions :
Fold and / or cut a single sheet of construction paper until it is the size of the card you
desire.
Lay the sheet of printed gift wrapping paper (with design down) on a flat
surface.
Lay your card on top of the wrapping paper and trace around it.
Cut shape from wrapping paper and attach to your card using two sided tape or
glue.
Lay a strip of ribbon diagonally across your card and cut it so that it measures
the exact length of the card. Once done, glue the ribbon diagonally to your card
to give the illusion that your wrapped gift has a ribbon tied around it.
Repeat step 5 in a vertical direction.
Add your message and send.
