Mere exercising is not enough. What you eat is also very important. Choose healthy meal options like veggies, salads, soups, cereals instead of oily snacks. Avoid sweets and deserts which are low in nutrition and high on fats. Guggulu is yet another Ayurvedic drug which is advised to obese people for losing fat.

Dancing is yet another great form of exercising that helps you lose your belly fat. Belly dancing involves a lot of moves that helps the stomach to shed those extra kilos. Aerobic exercises also facilitate fat loss all over your body including your belly.
