can do this Yoga with one leg at a time too. In Yoga, breathing
exercises like Kapalabhatti, Anuloma-Viloma and Ujjayi also help you to
lose your belly fat.
Mere exercising is not enough. What you eat is also very important.
Choose healthy meal options like veggies, salads, soups, cereals instead
of oily snacks. Avoid sweets and deserts which are low in nutrition and
high on fats. According to Ayurveda, consumption of certain herbs
like the Indian gooseberry which is the richest source of vitamin
C is a very effective herb for losing fat. Guggulu is yet another
Ayurvedic drug which is advised to obese people for losing fat.
Dancing is yet another great form of exercising that helps you lose your
belly fat. Belly dancing involves a lot of moves that helps the stomach
to shed those extra kilos. Aerobic exercises also facilitate fat loss
all over your body including your belly.
Many women start gaining weight in and around their belly as they get
older. Such women need to take the right steps and precautions by
exercising regularly, monitoring their diet and maintaining a healthy
