employee commitment

|
The word ‘commitment’ holds great
significance in almost every sphere of human life. So how could
corporate structure remain devoid of it? If the employees of a
particular organization are considered committed, it shows highly of the
culture fostered by the company. Committed employees are not exactly a
rare breed but yes, they are definitively exclusive. We are living in a
time where stories of employees’ lay-off have become a common affair. On
the other hand, employees have turned restless and aggressive as well in
hopping from one company to another. Both the situations are far from
comforting. The most striking aspect of committed
employees is values held by them. They have high personal values which,
not surprisingly, are quite similar to those of the company. They
possess a sense of attachment with the company and care about the future
and fortune of the organization. Committed workers feel proud to be a
part of the company and always have nice words to say about the company.
