- ways of LESSENING the risk of cot death:
- Put your baby on their
back to sleep.
- Use a firm clean
mattress that fits the cot.
- Don't let your baby
get too hot.
- Don't use a pillow for
your baby.
- Keep your baby in a
smoke free place.
- REMEMBER 999 OUT OF 1000
BABIES WILL NOT DIE OF SIDS.
