It all begins with a small building. It is rented out, more and more people come to live there. Soon a medical store, a stationery store springs up. A restaurant is made available. In short the whole locality becomes convenient. In Bangalore's real estate market, rent payers do not mind paying the extra bucks. It is because they are in close proximity to their workplace. They get breakfast and dinner served at home. Proper Indian food, so there is no worry? Sometimes 5 boys or girls stay together in a room so that the burden is not all that heavy. Girls in twos even go to the extent of spending Indian Rs. 5000 each for staying at a prominent location. On asked why they pay such an exorbitant amount they reply that they feel safe and do not mind spending the extra money. Also the landlords take care of all the household chores. So there is less to do. Thus allowing them more time to concentrate on their career.
