Women are the more patient and sensitive ones. Small-small things make a BIG difference to them, whether it would be a dress or even a petty red rose. The best gift would be If you could give her what she wants, what she loves.... !

Gifts don't have to be expensive. Sometimes it's the simple ones that are the most memorable.  Go shopping, let her decide what gift she wants. Fulfill a promise or give her a gift you may have promised her earlier. It shows you still remember because you care !

We all seem to wonder why heart shaped gifts are equated with love: When Cupid shoots his arrow, it hits that vulnerable spot on your chest, not your big toe or forehead (although it could be argued that it hits you between the eyes).

But how did the shape we now identify with the heart come to exist, since it looks nothing like the organ it represents? The sign has actually been around for thousands of years and was created from a combination of symbols, including those for fire/flight and togetherness.
