Taking a hot bath might help you relax your body and mind. A mind full of worries and stress is equally related to a toxic body. Try taking a hot bath in water added with Epsom salt and baking soda that will help you take out toxins from your body through skin. These ingredients when added in hot water also help you reduce the negative energy in the body and act as a spiritual purifier. You can have this bath and try taking a nap after it, which will have a synergistic effect on your body. The hot bath is one of the proved relaxation techniques for stress. One may also try soaking the eyes in warm water for 20 to 30 minutes and it will prove to be an effective and quick relaxing technique.

Breathing relaxation techniques are equally good for the mind and body. It also forms the most effective and widely used anxiety relaxation techniques suggested by professionals. It can be difficult for the anxiety patients to breathe deeply in between the attacks but with proper concentration, they may succeed. Try breathing deeply through the nose, fill the lower lobes of lungs, and then blow out the air through your mouth and completely breathe out the air. Repeat this few times and you will be able to breathe normally after sometime when the attack is over by breathing deeply.

Anxiety can be best treated by following the writing techniques for relaxation. Spend time with yourself during the day and try identifying your fears. When you face the anxiety attacks, try to determine what really runs through your mind. In addition, determine the triggers for your anxiety and stress. When you are investigating yourself with all these questions, take out a pen and paper and write everything, which goes through your mind, your frustrations, your worries and your fears. While doing this if you feel like crying, cry out and do not hold back yourself. Take out all your frustrations and pain when you are alone. Crying aloud is equally good as loud laugh.

Along with following the above relaxing techniques, one can follow yoga and natural eating habits. Try eating the green vegetables and raw fruits for helping you relax your body and soul naturally.
