Stress is a phenomenon usually studied in the field of psychology. It is commonly of two types such as the acute and the chronic stress. The acute one holds a sudden start and an early end whereas a chronic stress has worst symptoms than the acute one. A person may get acute stress when visiting a doctor, writing an examination or while watching a thriller movie. We usually get stress for many reasons. A good stress can be helpful to us by providing us the protection from threats, motivating us to do our daily activities, providing the necessary energy in times of need. The stress, which triggers the acute and chronic symptoms of stress including anxiety, depression, headache, high blood pressure, increased heartbeat and increased breathing, is the unhelpful stress.
In this most modern world, the number of people getting affected by stress is increasing day by day. This is because of the reason that the world is progressing towards a faster living. All these processes and procedures are effective means to reduce stress to the acceptable levels and help avoiding the chronic symptoms of stress.
