The feeling is thus referred good stress. This type of stress holds the ability to put forth a healthy impact on you. It also offers a person a feel of satisfaction, happiness and accomplishment. However, this stress type may be experienced for a very short period in our life. This stress offers an individual the talent to produce the best output. Therefore, it is also mentioned as restorative stress.
The next major type of stress includes the distress, which is directly opposite to the aforementioned eustress. This negative or bad stress can be indicated as a disorder that needs to be cured. This kind of stress disorder originates due to some unfavorable events such as a sudden demise of a family member or an accident or an unexpected traumatic situation. Other events can be a strained family relationship, a strong financial crisis or heavy workload. The distress may most of the times persuade an individuals ability to deal with stress. The two major stress disorders that come under the distress classification are the acute or chronic stress. The acute stress is a temporary one and lasts only for a certain period. This stress may occur with a sudden variation in daily routine. However, a chronic stress is a prolonged disorder occurring because of consistent variation in daily routine.
Hypostress is another kind of stress usually experienced by people who lacks motivation or feels bored. Hypostress victims are people who have little to do at home or at work. Most of the hypostress sufferers are manual or factory laborers who are unconvinced with their jobs. They do not have a chance to do innovative things or ideas to put forward. They simply need to carry out the usual task daily. The sufferers of this type of stress form often fail to stop their conversation when mixed with others or feel restless.
Hyperstress forms the next stress type resulting due to overloaded works that is beyond a person’s limit. Minute events or things may trigger a hyperstressed person emotionally. The most common people who come under this group are working mothers who needs to perform multiple tasks. Second groups form the persons under strong financial crisis who struggle hard with two jobs at a time. People living in a speedy pace atmosphere also are a victim of this particular stress form.
