The aroma of biryani in the lanes and the jingling of bangles in the local market places is what Hyderabad is famous for. With very hot summers and pleasant climate otherwise; Hyderabad has a rich tradition of Moghul influence which is seen in the minarets, mosque and other places. The growing IT sector has transformed the city into a land of opportunities for job seekers. The malls, plush bungalows and residential complexes make Hyderabad a famous city in India.

Also known for famous pearls, there are several outlets that sell authentic pearls and related jewelry. The artistic minarets of Charminar, the glowing marble architecture in the moon light is spell binding. The panoramic view from the terrace of Charminar is surely a tourist’s delight. Hyderabad is also famous for its lakes. Sharmipet and the Osman sagar are crowded tourists places. Adjoining the lake, the scenic place is covered with greenery.

The magnificence of the Golconda fort is another tourist spot. The size and the glaze of the monument are surely worth a visit. Clearly adding significance to the Moghul era, the gardens here are very famous. The Husain Sagar lake is another famous spot which is famous for the refreshing breeze. The rose nursery at Sanjeeviah Park is also a relaxing experience to a nature lover. Located in Santoshnagar, are the famous tombs of Paigarh. The craftsmanship of mosaic inlay here is very famous. Geometrical art is a specialty of the tombs.

A unique display of metal, silver and lacquer works is splendidly put up at the Salar Jung Museum. Initially collected as a hobby by Salar Jung, this was publicly declared as open for viewing by Pandit Nehru. The showcase is enchanting and almost takes the whole day if you really wish to watch and admire each unique piece. There is paper craft as well as works on carpets from many parts of the world.

The Nagarjuna Sagar dam is also famous here and the view around the place is interesting. The trip is incomplete if the Ramoji city is not visited. It is as if life takes a new turn as the place unfolds many sets and studios of the Indian cinema.
