Pneumonia affects young children or even senior citizens. The symptoms are severe chest pain, cough, fever and lung inflammation. The immunization prevents the person from contracting the disease and gives them the immunity. People with lung infection have high exposure for this disease. The pneumonia vaccine may or may be
present in the schedule for children. You can get more information from
the doctor about the same. The side effects depend like feeling dizzy,
nausea or headaches. Rarely people get a rash or swelling and that can
happen because of an allergic condition. Some cases of bacterial pneumonia can also cause problems for children and hence it is best to immunize the child. As the lung is impaired, children find it very difficult to get oxygen in their system. The pneumonia vaccine is very much recommended for protection against the virus.
